About

Georgia Pet Food Pantry, Inc. is a Georgia 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. We partner with local non-profits in Barrow County, GA to provide free dog & cat supplies (food, treats, collars, leashes, toys, etc.), to low-income families in our community or pet owners just needing a little help. Through this initiative, we are able to assist families in caring for their beloved animals, and are able to offer resources for low cost spay/neuter and vaccines services. We've been active in our community for a little over a year now and the need is continuing to grow at a rapid pace. By continuing this mission, we also help pet owners keep their pets at home.

Lower income families need assistance feeding their pets. Providing free pet food to these families as well as families that find they need a bit of help from time to time ensures pets are getting adequate food and families are not forced to "rehome" or surrender their pets. We are also involved in educating our neighbors on spay/neuter, vaccine clinics providing low cost or free vaccines and reducing the number of feral colonies in the area by assisting in Trap/Neuter/Release (TNR) programs and providing food to the individuals feeding these cats. Donations may be dropped off at Leftover Pets, 30A Woodlawn Ave, Winder, GA 30680 or The Paws Resort, 681 Tucker Road, Winder, GA.
